We appreciated and benefited from Bird & Bird's transactional cross-border capabilities. It was very helpful to work seamlessly and efficiently with a single point of contact in Germany co-ordinating the other Bird & Bird offices.

“Bird & Bird has a very strong practice: it is a really significant player in Germany. Intellectual property is etched in its DNA"

IAM Patent 1000 2017

Bird & Bird has ‘excellent IT expertise’ and is particularly well regarded for its ‘very strong’ capabilities in IT contractual work, transactions and arbitrations. The practice advised a large German automobile manufacturer on its digital car project and provided contractual advice to a major healthcare company. The client roster also includes large companies from the energy and financial services sectors, with regular clients including Deutsche Postbank, ADAC and Microsoft.

Other clients include various multinational automobile manufacturers and technology and telecoms companies, such as Verizon.

TELECOMS: REGULATORY - RANKED: TIER 2
