Switzerland and Austria

We have considerable experience in assisting Swiss clients or foreign clients with an interest in Switzerland, and we are able to do so in the three main national languages (German, French and Italian). We work with a selected network of corresponding firms to help us deal with specific aspects of Swiss law, and we have a cooperation agreement with Swiss law firm BianchiSchwald LLC.

More recently, we have organised a regular programme of client seminars and events in Switzerland and we are proud to support the Legal Counsel Club in Geneva, an exclusive network of in-house lawyers in some of the most sophisticated companies in that region.

Austria

We have a long tradition advising Austrian companies and clients in international dealings and matters involving Austrian aspects in our key sectors such as aerospace, aviation, communications, electronics, energy and utilities, financial services, IT, life sciences, media, sports and beyond. A proven network of corresponding firms in Austria helps us support clients in Austrian law questions.

Austria also often serves as central point for Central European projects and transactions and we have substantial experience in such matters working in close cooperation with our CE and German offices.
