About Me

I am a junior associate in our Corporate / M&A team in Copenhagen. I advise start-ups and multinational clients especially within the technology and communication, retail and media and entertainment sectors.

With my colleagues I advise clients on transactions, general corporate law issues and business contracts. I advise on all phases of a transaction, private equity investments, the formation of companies and changes to the company, management and ownership structure, drafting of warrant programs and due diligence.

Prior to starting at Bird & Bird in 2022, I worked as legal counsel in a legal-tech scale-up, and as an associate attorney with a law firm and a Scandinavian IP consultancy firm. In addition, I have collaborated regularly with a French international lawyer and diplomat based in Paris and Geneva. I have gained broad experience with Commercial Contracts, Tech, GDPR, and IP rights. This experience has given me a technical, practical, and commercial understanding.

In addition to having received several honorary awards within culture, such as Nordea Bank's Culture Award, I have been selected for Berlingske Business' 'Talent 100' and been appointed jury judge in a global start up competition in Kuala Lumpur with 1,700 contestants which has furthered insight into the start-up mileu. I have also been nominated for the World Economic Forum's 'Young Global Leaders'.

Before I became a lawyer, I was a classical violinist from the age of 5. From the age of 14 I worked as a professional musician, performing on leading concert stages, on radio and tv, for state leaders, royalty and executives. From time to time I am sought after as a keynote speaker, jury judge and guest teacher, e.g., for C20 companies, in the media, and at learning institutions at home and abroad. I have gained deep knowledge about the culture, music, art, and entertainment industries. In addition, I have learned to analyse highly complex material and communicate messages clearly and convincingly. This is something I use daily in my work.

Awards and nominations: Selected Berlingske Business 'Talent 100'; Nominated for World Economic Forum's 'Young Global Leaders'; Appointed jury judge in Global Start Up Competition ColossusINNO 2017, Kuala Lumpur; Awarded Nordea's Culture Award, Veuve Clicquot's Music Award, Victor Borge's Award, Jacob Gade's Award, Eli and Peter Ove Christensen's Award; Børge Schrøder's Award, and Bikuben Foundation Scholarship.
