As an associate in our Düsseldorf office, I advise national and international clients on Intellectual Property Rights, with a particular focus on trademark and unfair competition law.
My practice area involves all aspects of the brand cycle, including availability searches and international trademark launches, the development and implementation of protection and defence strategies, the management and monitoring of national and international trademark portfolios and trademark litigation.Before joining our Düsseldorf IP team, I gained valuable first professional experience as an inhouse legal counsel in a European fashion company with a special focus on trademark and competition law as well as contract drafting.
