Henry Wrench

I am an Associate in the Dispute Resolution team at Bird & Bird specialising in commercial, corporate, contractual and insolvency litigation.

Since my admission as a solicitor in 2019, I've acted for clients in a wide range of industries. My focus is working with companies and individuals to navigate complex, high-stakes disputes, taking into account each client's particular commercial strategy.

I work closely with my colleagues to advise our clients at all stages of disputes - from providing pre-litigation advice to running complex, multi-party hearings and arbitrations. I have a particular interest and experience in issues that tech-focused business face, such as crypto asset disputes and data breaches.

I also work closely with insolvency practitioners and have a good grasp on accounting principles and external administrations.

Before joining Bird & Bird, I worked in a boutique commercial practice in Sydney where I was involved in a number of significant cases in the insolvency and asset recovery space, as well as scores of disputes in the Supreme Court and Federal Court.
