About Me
As an associate in our Intellectual Property Group in The Hague, I offer an all-round IP practice, with a particular focus on soft IP.
I specialise in a broad range of intellectual property rights, including trade marks, trade names, and copyright, as well as patents. I have a particular interest in advising clients in highly innovative and creative sectors such as Retail and Life Sciences. The ever dynamic and versatile character of legal IP issues is what drives me the most and what I find the most fascinating.In a world that is continuously developing, where new technologies and the law have to comply with each other, I enjoy working together with Bird & Bird colleagues worldwide to provide clients with the best solutions.
