As part of our IP practice group, I advise national and international clients on trademark, unfair competition, design and copyright law.
One focus of my practice is strategic advice in contentious matters and litigation in intellectual property matters.
Prior to joining our firm, I gained experience as a litigation lawyer at a renowned US law firm in Frankfurt where I participated in several important proceedings, including an ECJ case.
I studied law in Konstanz and Oxford with a focus on competition and intellectual property law. I completed my Master's degree at the London School of Economics with a specialization in Intellectual Property Law. During my legal clerkship, I worked in renowned international law firms in Frankfurt and São Paulo. In my doctoral thesis I dealt with the topic of provider liability in intellectual property law.
I have published numerous articles in leading national and international academic journals on intellectual property law.
I am a member of the German Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (GRUR).
