About Me

I work as a counsel and specialist lawyer in employment law in our International HR Services Practice Group in Dusseldorf, where I advise our domestic and international clients on all aspects of individual and collective employment law.

My practice covers the entire spectrum of day-to-day HR questions, including drafting of contracts and advising on issues related to the dismissal of employees, as well as employee leasing and use of external personnel. I regularly work on (international) restructuring and outsourcing projects and act as single point of contact for a number of clients in order to provide global support from one centralized source.
Clients value my efficient working style and the business-oriented, pragmatic advice.

Another focus of my work is collective employment laws. Frequently, I advise on collective employment law issues. As strong negotiator I support clients in negotiations with trade unions and works councils and generally in dealing with the employee representation bodies in a successful manner. Besides this, I regularly advise on business immigration and social security aspects and act as lecturer on employment law and business immigration matters.

Before joining the firm, I, amongst others, worked some time in a law firm in New York City and with Henkel (German DAX40 company).
