As Counsel in our Commercial and Intellectual Property Practice Groups, and our Media, Entertainment & Sport and Technology & Communications Sector Groups in Düsseldorf, I advise domestic and international clients in contentious and non-contentious IT, media and commercial matters, with detailed practical knowledge and experience in copyright topics.

I advise hardware manufacturers, importers and dealers in copyright levy litigations before all German civil courts, including the German Copyright Arbitration Board, the German Supreme Court and German Constitutional Court.

In addition, I advise both providers and customers on IT and content projects, contracts and convergence topics, and also specialise in licensing issues, especially in mobile/ecommerce, software and digital media.

In recent years, I have coordinated large and complex multi-jurisdictional projects and transactions involving cross-practice group teams, including commercial roll-outs and due diligence across various international markets.
