She specialises in the fields of trademark, competition and design law, providing both national and international clients with strategic advice and support in litigation.
Clarissa Otto studied law at the Universities of Passau and Münster, while completing an additional training in the field of Intellectual Property law.
During her legal traineeship she worked for the German Federal Network Agency and Bird & Bird in Düsseldorf as well as in-house for a Dax company in Munich.
Before joining Bird & Bird, Clarissa Otto worked at an international law firm in Düsseldorf, mainly in the fields of competition and trademark law, also with a focus on mergers and acquisitions.
