Still not confirmed or updates available. The issues being discussed in 2018 were:
- Transitory application of the UPCA
- Compatibility between national lawyers or judges that will be part-time UPC judges.
Local or Regional CFI
Still not confirmed. There has been a proposal that Romania may set up a regional division with Bulgaria, Cyprus and Greece, with the headquarters being in Bucharest. Romania has been considering other member states for forming a regional division.
Therefore a final decision is still to be made.
