Yvonne Schaafs

I am an associate in our Munich office and a member of our intellectual property team, advising domestic and international clients, providing them with strategic advice and support in litigation.

I specialize in trademark, copyright, unfair competition and media law. The clients I advise are national and international companies from various economic sectors. I have special expertise in trademark applications and opposition proceedings.

After my legal studies I completed my legal clerkship in Düsseldorf and Munich. Before joining our firm, I worked in-house for a German media and broadcasting company for more than three years.
