About Me
I am an associate in our commercial team in Düsseldorf and I advise domestic and international clients on all aspects of civil, commercial and distribution law.
As part of our Automotive Sector Group, I have a strong focus on advising clients from the automotive industry (suppliers and insurance companies) on product liability, warranty and general contract law issues. I support our clients by drafting and advising on complex commercial contracts as well as standard agreements and general terms and conditions, often in a cross-border context. Furthermore, my practice includes advising on questions arising at any step of the supply chain and on all aspects of distribution law.Before joining our firm, I worked for a boutique law firm in Düsseldorf focusing on antitrust and competition law.

- Advising a Tier-1 automotive supplier on various contractual disputes with a major German OEM
- Providing legal advice for a leading conveyor technology manufacturer with regard to possible delivery obligations in case of fraudulent misrepresentation
- Revising the general terms and conditions for a large medical equipment manufacturer
