About Me

I am an associate in our Commercial group in The Hague where I specialise in advice and litigation relating to AI, data and technology. I am a member of our Artificial Intelligence, Data Protection and Tech & Comms groups. I am also a PhD Researcher in the field of AI.

I mainly provide advice to and litigate for clients on a broad range of technology and data related matters, such as AI, data protection and data regulation and cybersecurity. I also often litigate and advise on other commercial technology related topics, including platform liability, online safety, e-commerce and contracting.

In my practice, I enjoy combining the strategic and practical with the academic and theoretical. I have been able to gain a good understanding of the practical and strategic issues that companies face thanks to my in-house experiences advising on data protection matters to a social media platform and an international payment services provider. I am currently training my academic and theoretical skills by undertaking PhD research in the field of AI at the iHub at Radboud University.

My ancillary activities include being a board member for the Dutch Association of AI Attorneys (VAIA).
