Sandy Gerlach

I am a licensed specialist for employment law, and advise national and international organisations on all aspects of collective and individual labour law, and represent them in court.

I am a Counsel and a member of our International Employment Law practice group in Munich.

A particular focus of my work is the flexibility of personnel deployment via location - and time-based agile working models. I also place a focus on advising and representing companies in workplace disputes under constitutional law. I am regularly involved in the strategic planning, conception and design of HR projects for my clients. In the subsequent negotiations, I attach particular importance to delivering consistent and structured implementation.

I studied in Hamburg and Bayreuth. Since 2005, I have been working in the field of employment law for various renowned international corporate law firms. I have been a licensed specialist for employment law since 2017 and I regularly publish articles in specialist journals.
