As a lawyer in the intellectual property and personal data groups of the Lyon office, I intervene both as counsel and in litigation.

I advise French and international companies in various sectors of activity in their operating strategy by assessing risks, negotiating and drafting contracts. I also defend the interests of our clients in litigation related to intellectual property, unfair competition and contractual issues.

I also assist companies in their compliance and data protection efforts.

Before joining Bird & Bird in 2021, I have acquired 10 years of experience in two multidisciplinary business law firms, punctuated by legal secondments to client companies, which gives me a global and pragmatic vision of the issues at stake in a case.
