Maximilian Hillenkamp

I am an associate in our Munich office and a member of our intellectual property team, advising both national and international clients, and representing them in IP litigation.

I specialise in trade mark, design, copyright, unfair competition and media law. The clients I advise come from various sectors, with a particular focus on those from the media, entertainment and sports. I have special expertise in trade mark applications, cancellations, opposition proceedings and co-existence agreements.

After my legal studies I completed my legal clerkship, working for a well-known international law firm in Munich.
