I am a lawyer in our Information Technology and Intellectual Property department.
I am specialised in drafting and negotiating contracts relating to the development, distribution and licensing of software, cloud computing and outsourcing agreements.I give legal assistance on issues regarding Artificial Intelligence, IoT, blockchain and smart contracts, e-commerce, electronic signature solutions and trust services, and the automotive sector.
I also draft license and assignments of trademarks, license and assignment of patents, license and transfer of know-how, copyright matters, and commercial contracts relating to a wide range of matters, including consumer law.
