About Me
I am a counsel in our corporate / M&A team in Düsseldorf, where I advise national and international clients across the full spectrum of corporate law.
I focus on domestic and international M&A transactions, as well as on the restructuring and reorganisation of companies. I advise European and Asian corporate groups with a focus on the automotive, energy and technology and communications sectors.After my legal studies, I completed my legal training at the Higher Regional Court in Cologne. During this time, I worked in international law firms in Cologne, Düsseldorf and New York City.
Experience
- Advised Serum Institute of India, the world's largest vaccine manufacturer by number of doses produced and sold globally, on the acquisition majority stake in German vaccine developer and service provider Vakzine Projektmanagement GmbH.
- Advised Fuyao Glass Industry Group Co. Ltd., a China-based automotive supplier, on the acquisition of all assets from the insolvency estate of SAM Automotive, a German automotive supplier with production sites in Germany, Mexico and Slovakia.
- Advised a Japanese trading house on the sale of a German solar project.
