About Me

I am an associate in our commercial team in Hamburg and a member of our Technology and Communications sector group, advising our clients on all aspects of data protection and IT law.

My particular focus is on national and international data protection matters, as well as IT contracts and regulatory issues in the IT sector. I also have a focus and practical experience regarding legal issues related to quantum computing.

My experience includes advising on international data transfers, data protection aspects relating to new technologies and business models, GDPR compliance as well as dealing with data subject requests and enquiries from public authorities (including contentious proceedings); providing legal support for IT projects and technology transfers; and drafting and reviewing commercial contracts as well as technology and software contracts.

Before joining our firm, I worked for the German government on EU trade policy.
