About Me
I am a Chartered Trade Mark Attorney in our London Intellectual Property team, specialising in brand management.
I have experience in advising clients at different stages within the lifecycle of their brand, from start-ups choosing a new brand name, to larger, established brands with historic trade mark portfolios, so I understand the diverse range of legal issues brand owners may face.My day-to-day work involves advising on clearance searches, international filing strategies, assignment and co-existence agreements, as well as trade mark oppositions and enforcement proceedings. I also advise clients on design protection and copyright.
I am an editor of Bird & Bird's monthly contribution of reports on recent trade mark cases to the CIPA (Chartered Institute of Patent Attorneys) Journal. In addition, I contribute to the CITMA (Chartered Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys) Review and Bird & Bird's international brands publication, BrandWrites.
