As an Associate in our International HR Service Group in Munich, I advise employers on both a national and international level on all legal aspects of individual and collective employment law.

I advise and represent clients on all issues arising in connection with the establishment, content, and termination of employment relationships. This includes drafting employment contracts, compensation agreements as well as comprehensive termination agreements. In addition, I advise clients on issues of collective employment law such as co-determination, collective agreements and restructuring.

Our clients come from a wide diversity of sectors and are located all over the world. In addition to advising German employers, I provide detailed advice to international clients regarding all aspects of German employment law.

Before I joined our firm, I gained experience as a lawyer in Corporate/Mergers &Acquisitions and, additionally to my law degree, graduated with a master's degree (M.A.) in Business.
