I am an associate in our Corporate team in Copenhagen. I advise clients on national and international M&A matters and corporate law matters within a wide range of industries.

I assist clients in M&A transactions such as structured auctions, private equity investments as well as other types of transfers of businesses. My counselling includes all phases of a transaction starting from project planning and management to strategic considerations in connection hereto, due diligence, W&I insurance (also acting as underwriter) as well as drafting and negotiating transaction documents.

Further, I advise on corporate law matters such as management and ownership matters, restructurings, incentive programs as well as general corporate governance.
