International law firm Bird & Bird continues its collaboration with Deutsche Private Equity (DPE) backed valantic by advising on its recent acquisition of the digital consulting company, VENZO.

The addition of VENZO will broaden valantic’s management consulting expertise, while enhancing its portfolio as an end-to-end provider of Microsoft Technology Solutions. It also marks a significant milestone in valantic’s ambitious international expansion strategy, bolstering its market position in Denmark and the Nordics.
