As an associate in our International HR Services Group in Munich I advise domestic and international clients on all aspects of individual and collective employment law.

I advise our clients on various general employment law questions, such as the drafting of employment contracts, policies, matters related to the termination of employment relationships, or employee leasing. In addition, my practice also includes collective law aspects such as co-determination and corporate co-determination.

Before I joined our firm, I completed my legal training in Munich. During this time, I worked in an international commercial law firm and was able to gain experience in the field of employment law.
