About Me
I advise both national and international clients on all aspects of non-technical intellectual property rights, as well as commercial law. Having practiced in these areas in both common law and civil law jurisdictions for more than 10 years I have gathered substantial expertise and experience that I am happy to share with our clients.
One of my focus areas is trade mark law where I advise clients in all relevant fields starting from strategic advice concerning building and extending trade mark portfolios, commercialisation of brand assets, to defending of trade mark rights against infringement. I advise clients in trade name and domain disputes, as well as the defence of geographical indications. Furthermore, I support clients in IP-related commercial matters, as well as sports law-related issues.Capabilities
