I work as an associate in our Düsseldorf-based International HR Services team and provide our domestic and international clients with advice on all aspects of individual and collective employment law.

I deal with general labour law questions and support our clients with the complete range of day-to-day HR questions, e.g. drafting of employment contracts, dealing with issues concerning personnel leasing and the dismissal of employees. I am also called on to advise on issues in collective employment law, such as operational co-determination or the handling of collective agreements.

During my doctoral studies I had a stint at the German Bundestag.

I completed my legal training in Düsseldorf, gaining practical experience by working at the Ministry of Finance (Berlin) and in the area of employment at Metro AG (Düsseldorf), an international law firm (Düsseldorf) and Springer SE (Berlin).
