As a partner in our French intellectual property team, my practice covers the full spectrum of transactional and advisory IP work, brand management and IP litigation on behalf of our clients in the life sciences, food & beverage, automotive and tech & comms sectors.

As well as assisting our clients with the protection of their IP, including filing and registering trademarks, drawings and models, patents and creations covered by copyright, I also draft and negotiate licence agreements, order agreements, and manufacturing and distribution agreements. I provide consultancy and audit services, and defend our clients' IP against infringement, unfair competition and employees' actions before the French courts and international tribunals.

In addition to my IP practice, I also advise our clients on the implementation and development of their business activities, advising on commercial law, data protection, outsourcing and commercial litigation, as well as supporting clients in setting up customer service provider relations.

I am an active member of professional associations including APRAM, ADIRA, where I serve on the executive board, and the AIPPI, where I am a member of the Executive Committee of the French Group, and member of the International Committee dedicated to combating piracy and counterfeiting.

I am a regular conference host and speaker, teach intellectual property at DJCE in Montpellier and at EM Lyon, and write for various specialist magazines. Before joining Bird & Bird in 2015, I was a partner at a French law firm.
