Florian advises domestic and international clients on all aspects of individual and collective employment law.
Florian is part of our International Employment practice group, based in our Hamburg office.
He advises on all individual and collective employment law issues, covering all day-to-day HR questions, restructuring, handling of labour agreements or dealing with works councils.
Florian studied law at the universities of Hamburg and Leuven, Belgium. During his studies he worked in the legal department of a global personnel services company. During his legal training, with focus on employment law, he was already working with us as a trainee. He also spent time working for the employment court of Hamburg and for an international aeronautical company in a department specialised in corporate co-determination and collective bargaining law. Most recently he worked for Leuphana University Lüneburg while writing his doctoral thesis in the field of International Private Law. He also gave lectures/tutorials on the so-called ”Legal Writing Lab” and general civil law.
Florian was admitted to the German Bar in 2017. He is the author of publications on labour law and associated fields.
