I advise our domestic and international clients on all aspects of individual and collective employment law as a member of our employment team here in Hamburg.

My practice area covers the complete mix of day-to-day HR issues, as well as restructurings, labour agreements and dealings with works councils.

During my studies I worked in the legal department of a global personnel services company. I trained with our firm, focusing on employment law, and also spent time working for the employment court of Hamburg and for an international aeronautical business as part of a specialist co-determination and collective bargaining team.

Most recently, I worked at Leuphana University Lüneburg while writing my doctoral thesis on International Private Law. In recent years, I have lectured on the so-called 'Legal Writing Lab' and general civil law, and written on labour law.
