With over 10 years experience in intellectual property work and well-developed experience in trade mark law matters, I am a Counsel in our intellectual property team in Munich

I develop strategies for trade mark applications worldwide and handle national and international trademark portfolios. I also advise our clients in terms of trade mark applications, cancellations and opposition proceedings, trade mark renewals, the change of ownership of trade marks, prior rights agreements and trade mark transfers.

My goal is to provide our clients with targeted and practical solutions.

I lecture on trade mark and competition law at the International School of Management in Munich (ISM) with a strong focus on the fashion and luxury goods sector.

Before joining our team in Munich I worked for many years in a boutique law firm specialising in trade mark law and a major law firm in Düsseldorf.
