Nadja brings over 10 years’ experience in intellectual property work, with well-developed experience in trademark law matters.
Nadja is a counsel in our Intellectual Property Practice Group in Munich. She develops strategies for trademark applications worldwide and handles national and international trademark portfolios.
She also advises our clients in terms of trademark applications, cancellations and opposition proceedings, trademark renewals, the change of ownership of trademarks, prior rights agreements and trademark transfers.
Nadja lectures on trademark and competition law at the International School of Management in Munich (ISM) with a strong focus on the fashion and luxury goods sector.
Nadja studied Law at the Ludwig Maximilians University (LMU) in Munich and completed her doctoral thesis at the University of Regensburg. She put special emphasis on foreign languages during her legal education and worked as a trainee in a law firm in New York. Alongside her native German, she speaks fluent English and French.
Before joining our Munich office, she worked for many years in a boutique law firm specialising in trademark law and a major law firm in Düsseldorf.
