About Me

As part of our Munich IP Group, I specialise in advising national and international clients on all aspects of trademark, unfair competition, design and copyright law, focusing on contentious matters and litigation.

I specialize on advising clients in strategic issues in litigation matters. I particularly focus on enforcing and protecting their IP rights as well as handling unfair competition cases.

I studied law in Germany and in France. My PhD thesis at the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München and the Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne focused on intermediaries' liability in copyright law in an European context. During my clerkship I worked at a well known law firm in Munich as well as the European Court of Justice.
