I am an associate in our commercial team in Düsseldorf and a member of our Technology and Communications sector group, advising our clients on all aspects of data protection and IT law.

My particular focus is on national and international data protection matters, such as GDPR, international data transfers and data protection issues relating to new technologies and business models. I also specialise in commercial and software contracts as well as regulatory issues in the IT sector.

My experience includes advice on GDPR obligations and data subject rights, preparation and support of international data and technology transfer, website review, drafting and review of commercial contracts as well as technology and software contracts.

Before joining the Düsseldorf office, I worked for the German government in the field of EU trade policy.
