As an associate in our London Intellectual Property team, I advise brand owners on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious matters in trade mark portfolio management.

I act for clients across sectors including Fashion and Luxury, Consumer, Hospitality, Education, Media & Entertainment, Technology and Financial Services, and provide strategic advice for existing, expanding and new brands, including carrying out clearance searches and advising on potential third party conflicts.

I also act in trade mark prosecutions and have represented clients in opposition proceedings, revocation proceedings and invalidity proceedings before the UK and EU Intellectual Property Offices, at first instance and on appeal.

Commercial work formed part of my training, so I also have experience negotiating and drafting commercial agreements, including licence agreements, assignment agreements and co-existence agreements.
