Bird & Bird advises the L'Oréal Group on its exclusive beauty partnership with JACQUEMUS, as well as on its minority stake acquisition

International law firm Bird & Bird has advised the L’Oréal Group in relation to a long-term, exclusive beauty partnership with JACQUEMUS, further solidified by a minority investment supporting their independent development.
