Eva Kessi

As an associate in the Intellectual Property team in Paris, I assist our French and international clients in both litigation and advice in the various areas of intellectual property.

I joined Bird & Bird in July 2022 as an associate.

Before joining Bird & Bird, I had several experiences in law firms as well as in companies which allowed me to understand a broad range of intellectual property issues, particularly in the life sciences and gaming sectors.

These experiences, as well as my double degree in life sciences and in law enabled me to acquire a multidisciplinary, strategic and international vision of intellectual property.

I work closely with Bird & Bird's offices abroad both to protect the intellectual property interests of our French clients and to respond to their clients' intellectual property needs in France.
