Bird & Bird advises Azolver Holding on the sale of all its operative subsidiaries to Francotyp-Postalia

Bird & Bird LLP has advised Azolver Holding GmbH, one of the market leading distributors of franking machines and provider of asset tracking and parcel shipping, particularly in Scandinavia, on the sale of its subsidiaries in Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Italy, Norway, Switzerland, and Sweden to the listed Francotyp-Postalia group. The eight subsidiaries with approximately 180 employees were formerly owned by an American Fortune 500 company and were transferred to the buyer on the 23rd of March 2022.
