Afra Casiraghi

As a partner in our Milan team, I am a transactional lawyer specialising in commercial, corporate and M&A matters. I help clients translate business strategy into deals and strategic alliances.

I establish, and aim to continue establishing, long term relationships with clients. From this perspective, I advise Italian and multinational businesses from an array of industry sectors, drawing on my expertise in Italian civil and corporate law. I assess legal issues for clients in terms of risk and probability, enabling them to make risk-informed decisions.

I strongly believe in the value of knowledge sharing and enjoy working alongside other specialists from our network to provide comprehensive tailor-made client service.

• I assist major healthcare companies in Italy, publishing companies (for instance three M&A deals with on-going assistance from our IP group) and companies involved in the cosmetic industry.
• I am also secretary of a major Italian listed company where I provide ongoing assistance, directly or to its group companies, on their day-to-day operations, as well as giving advice on specific transactions like incentive plans, carried interest plans and stock option plans.
• I am also happy to assist pro bono on an array of cultural events held in my city, Milan, such as the Milano BookCity, Milano Apriti Moda, Milano Piano Week, Milano Digital Week.
