Bird & Bird advises Cerberus on the acquisition of Solar - Portfolio

Bird & Bird LLP advised Cerberus on the bid and simultaneous acquisition of a loan portfolio of the HSH Nordbank (HSH) and an associated debtor structure from Kaiserwetter.
