A recent opinion of the Advocate General in Stowarzyszenie 'Oławska Telewizja Kablowa' w Oławie v Stowarzyszenie Filmowców Polskich w Warszawie case C-367/15 suggests that the principal elements of copyright enforcement law in Poland might have to change. This will have a major impact on rights holders and infringers.
