Reports of Trade Mark Cases for CIPA - May 2018

This month we report on Advocate-General Szpunar's Opinion on whether the shape exclusion in Article 3(1)(e)(iii) is applicable to non-three dimensional properties such as colour and shape (Christian Louboutin v Van Haren Schoenen).
