Dutch Media Webinar

We are pleased to invite you to our annual Dutch Media Seminar. Usually we hold this event in our office in The Hague, but due to the current situation we have decided to bring this to you via a Live Webinar. This webinar is not only relevant for Dutch media professionals, but for anyone looking to enter the Dutch market or looking to hear about the Dutch market as a comparison, and for anyone who is interested in recent (EU and Dutch) media law developments.

As always, Bird & Bird's Media lawyers offer you an inspiring program with a wide range of topical subjects, such as the latest on data protection and regulation of audio visual media services. We will also discuss the implications of the upload filter requirements under the newly implemented Dutch Copyright Act and platform liability under the upcoming Digital Services Act.

After the presentations there will be time for questions. If you have any questions in the meantime that you think are worth addressing in the presentations, please click on the below contact details.

Please be informed that the Live Webinar will be held in both Dutch and English (the content will be largely the same). Please register for either the Dutch or the English presentations. The dial-in details will be provided to you before the Live Webinar.

We look forward to welcoming you on 15 December!
