Clemens is passionate about technology and advises on a wide range of intellectual property matters.
Clemens is an associate in our Intellectual Property Practice and is based in The Hague.
He specialises in intellectual property law, including patents, trade marks, designs and copyrights.
Before joining us in 2018, Clemens studied Civil Law as well as Company Law at Leiden University, both with a focus on IP. He wrote his thesis on recent developments regarding trade mark applications made in bad faith. During his studies, Clemens spent a semester at Queen Mary University of London, where he studied IP and Competition Law.
