As a partner in our Helsinki office and a member of our Finnish Employment Group, I specialise in all aspects of employment and labour law, including employment related dispute resolution. Our advice is mainly focused on preventive and strategic action.

Advising on a wide range of employment law issues, we assist our clients on all matters relating to the lifecycle of employment, from drafting employment and executive agreements to termination. We have vast knowledge of the sector specific collective agreements of our clients, and we excel in restructuring both nationally and internationally. Every day we offer our clients advice on employment related due diligence, transfers of business, incentive programmes and business transactions.

Personally I have assisted our clients with many cooperation processes. In case an issue becomes a dispute, I assist the client with the dispute resolution and potential litigation.
