I am a senior associate in the Finance & Financial Regulation team in Sydney. I advise and represent local and international clients on advisory, transactional, and litigious matters.

I regularly act in a range of corporate and commercial disputes, litigation, and alternative dispute resolution matters for clients in a range of sectors, including financial services, technology, real estate, retail and consumer, healthcare, aviation and transport, energy and utilities, and construction and infrastructure.

I enjoy working with clients to understand their immediate and future commercial objectives. I bring a pragmatic approach to solving legal problems, and regularly collaborate with colleagues locally and abroad in corporate, finance and related practices to provide my clients with practical and holistic advice.

Before joining Bird & Bird, I worked at an international law firm in New York, where I gained experience across a range of practices including general corporate, finance, dispute resolution, and restructuring and turnaround. As a dual-qualified practitioner in Australia and New York, I can advise and act for clients in complex cross-border and multijurisdictional matters.
