I am an associate in our international Corporate practice in London. I advise on a broad range of Corporate transactions including equity capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, Corporate re-organisations, venture capital and general Corporate advisory work.

I joined Bird & Bird in 2022 from King & Wood Mallesons in Brisbane, Australia. I made the long journey across to the United Kingdom and in particular to Bird & Bird, to gain broader international experience and to work across a broad range of sectors.

I advise a broad variety of clients ranging from start-up companies to listed companies.

• Since my admission as a solicitor to the roll in Queensland, Australia, I have gained a broad variety of experience. In Australia, I have advised listed companies on capital raisings, IPOs and their general compliance with the ASX. I have also advised a number of listed and unlisted companies on a number of mergers and acquisitions transactions and general corporate advisory work.
• Since joining Bird & Bird in London, I have advised a number of companies (including start ups, listed and unlisted) on venture capital investments, merger and acquisitions transactions, complex intercompany re-organisations, admission to AIM, capital raisings and general corporate advisory work.
