About Me

I am an Employment Lawyer with significant in-house experience, representing our International HR Group's clients before the French courts and advising them on a broad range of labour and employment issues.

I became a lawyer in 2012, after a first life in the corporate world where I held managing positions in operations and human resources. This invaluable experience helps me better understand and take consideration of our clients' business and HR issues, whether to help them comply with regulations or to ensure that they are understood by the courts.

Over the last 10 years, I have built up solid expertise as a litigator, before all French courts competent over labour and employment cases: labour courts for individual disputes; administrative courts for cases regarding restructuring plans and staff representatives; common civil courts for electoral and labour/collective disputes; commercial courts for disputes relating to the transfer of personnel between companies. I am proud to act for our clients with both empathy and determination.

I take great pleasure in advising companies of all sizes on all their social engineering issues, from the life of the employment contract to restructuring projects and relations with staff representatives and trade unions.

I'm very happy to be part of a team dedicated to assist our clients with the utmost seriousness but without taking themselves too seriously.
