About Me

I am an associate in the International HR Services group based in London, providing strategic and practical solutions for a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters.

I act for a broad range of clients, from multinational corporations to individuals, providing strategic and practical solutions on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including the handling of disciplinary and grievance matters, redundancies (both individual and collective) and restructuring, settlement negotiations and the drafting of contractual and policy documentation, as well as cross-border HR issues and projects for international clients. I have a particular interest in advising on the employment aspects of large cross-border corporate transactions, including TUPE issues on business transfers and outsourcings and I am a member of our Hotels & Leisure group.

On the contentious side, I advise in relation to employment tribunal proceedings, including unfair dismissal, unlawful deductions from wages, whistleblowing and discrimination cases as well as High Court proceedings, including in relation to team moves, restrictive covenants and confidentiality matters, and have experience in alternative dispute resolution including mediation.

Over the years, I have developed a particular expertise in advising on data protection matters touching on the HR sphere, and have advised a range of clients on various aspects including the coordination and implementation of GDPR compliance programmes, dealing with subject access requests and advising on employee complaints and potential enforcement action.
