About Me

I am an associate in our market-leading Intellectual Property Group based in London, focusing on contentious matters.

I have experience acting for clients across a broad range of intellectual property rights, with a particular emphasis on copyright, designs and trade marks. I have worked on complex copyright and trade mark litigation in the High Court and the Court of Appeal, and I also have experience in both arbitration and mediation.

I advise clients across a wide range of sectors, including Technology and Communications, Media, Entertainment and Sport, and Retail and Consumer. I have a particular interest in artificial intelligence and its impact on intellectual property rights.

Before going into law, I worked for several years in politics and I maintain a keen interest in current affairs and policy.

I am also the co-founder of the firm's chess club, 'Bird & Board'. Please get in touch if you have any improved suggestions for pun-based names.
