As an associate in our Paris IT, commercial and dispute resolution teams, and a member of the Paris Bar, I advise our clients on both contentious and non-contentious matters.

I provide detailed advice for our clients in the areas of IT law (IT agreements, software law, licences, SaaS contracts and hosting), consumer law (terms and conditions in B2B and B2C, advertising, e-commerce) and commercial law (distribution, franchise agreements). I also assist them in their communications with French authorities concerning all these matters (DGCCRF, CNIL).

I additionally have a particular interest in questions related to digital concerns (NFT, metaverse, online rights infringement, platform liability, personal data issues in this context).

I can assist both our French and international clients on these issues, both as counsel and in litigation.

Before joining our firm, I worked in the IP/TMT teams of French and English law firms, allowing me to understand the concerns and expectations of clients on a local and international level.
