I am an associate in the Employment, Commercial and Projects & Energy teams of the Budapest office, with experience in a wide range of commercial matters, including contracts, licensing and public procurements, as well as general and M&A related employment and energy matters.
My path to Bird & Bird started with the Nagy László Private Law Debate competition, where I received a special prize in 2018 and won first prize in 2019, earning the opportunity to work as a summer trainee at Bird & Bird Budapest.
Since joining the firm, I have developed expertise across multiple practice areas, concentrating primarily on commercial, energy and employment law matters.
My commercial law practice focuses on preparing general terms and conditions, drafting and negotiating contracts, preparing complex contract packages that reflect the operation of the relevant business, as well as providing support in licensing, authorisation and public procurement procedures.
In energy law, I specialise in the intersection of energy and commercial matters, handling energy efficiency quota trading agreements, swap transactions and purchase and sale agreements for energy products, including oil derivatives. I also manage licensing procedures and contract packages for electromobility, such as intra-company agreements, general terms and conditions and roaming agreements.
My employment law expertise consists of transactional experience, reviewing and preparing employment documentation, as well as advising on matters related to third-country nationals.
Besides my native Hungarian language, I am fluent in English, have a good understanding of German, and have started learning Mandarin.
